Disturbing Scene In Downtown Duluth Has People Wondering If It Is a Halloween Prank? NSFW

A very disturbing video has surfaced on Facebook and it looks like it was shot in downtown Duluth? The  images are very disturbing and pretty realistic looking, but also given this time of year I keep telling myself that these are props for some kind of a haunted house.

The fact that someone would park downtown by a meter in broad daylight with this stuff in the back of their truck like it is no big deal is partly disturbing and also in a really weird way kind of funny. They had to know this would catch peoples attention. I wish that whoever filmed this would have made the video a little but longer, so we could get a better look inside.
