Duluth Police Issue Duluth Residents Warning About Drug Overdoses

The Duluth Police Department has issued a general warning about the recent rise of Opioid overdoses in the Twin Ports. 

There has been 6 known overdose cases since Thanksgiving.  The DPD has issued a warning on their Facebook page alerting the community to the current dangers of drug overdoses making it's way through the Northland.

So far there have been no deaths from these overdoses, but it is still important to be aware of the growing problem in Duluth. The DPD want to make sure that any users are aware of the increased danger at the same time reminding them that illicit drugs are illegal.
