Duluth Police Need Help Identifying Individuals in a Theft Incident at UTLA

The Duluth Police Department took to Facebook again today to ask for the public’s help on identifying two individuals in a theft incident at UTLA in the Miller Hill Mall.

I don't understand why people have to steal and what boggles my mind even more is that they think they can get away with it even with security cameras. If you have any information about these two individuals, please contact Duluth Police.
