How brutal people can be when they are anonymous, and thanks to social media they can unleash on everyone, including restaurant workers.

These brave souls volunteered to read bad Yelp reviews about themselves and some of them were awfully brutal. I am someone who is extra kind to people who are taking my food or drink order for a number of reasons, but when you get bad service it really can be a total drag.

Maybe some of these people will get a new profession, or improve the level of service they provide? Either way, hats off for being so brave, and thanks for the chuckles.
