If you or someone you know has a bike that needs repairs or just a tune up this is one event you are not going to want to miss. How many of us have a bikes or bikes just sitting in a garage or shed that you could be using if it actually worked?

This Free Pop Up Bike Shop event is happening Thursday June 13 from 4:30-7:00 pm at Harrison Park on the corner of East 1st street and North 4th Avenue West by City Hall in downtown Duluth. It is opening day for Lincoln Park Farmers Market so you and your kids or family can shop while your bike is getting all tuned up.

Thank you to mechanics from the Ski Hut and the Bike Cave who will be on hand to work on the bikes.  This event is part of Zeitgeist Community's Bus Bike Walk Duluth, "which is a month-long series of community events that celebrates, educates and encourages people-powered modes of getting around – for work, errands, recreation, shopping, and school."

It is time to get our community moving and we have so many great areas to ride bikes. For more information on this event click here.
