Prime Location for Future Development

Today, the 120,000-square-foot building located at the base of the Blatnik Bridge is looking for a new owner. Follmer Commercial Real Estate has the building listed at $7 million.

The building, in the heart of Duluth's Industrial Port area, is what the listing calls an "Exceptional Warehouse Opportunity." With four loading docks, freight elevators, and plenty of parking, it seems like a great location for an expanding business in the region.

What Comes Next for Goodwill

The sale of this building will help fund the new location, which they hope to have opened by November 2026. Construction on the new headquarters should start by this fall at the Atlas Industrial Park in far west Duluth, where Amazon has a distribution center and Second Harvest Northland is also located.
