Grilling Time

I admittedly am a terrible cook and the only contribution I make as far as cooking is to grill. Growing up in Milwaukee it is in my genes to be able to cook a mean brat, but everything else is a guess. So, last night I am out on the deck with the wind blowing and cooking some very expensive marinated steaks.  I was nervous, first of all I am cooking for 6 people and everyone has different ways they like the steaks prepared. Now, it doesn't help that I am not a very confident cook but then when you have all 3 kids watching you cook and telling you when to flip them and who wants what steak, it can be a serious test. I am happy to report they turned out great and everyone was happy.  A slightly stressed out Mothers Day....maybe next year we will just order a pizza. :)
