Howie Mandel’s House Targeted For Epic Toilet Paper Prank [VIDEO]

Prankster Roman Atwood is at it again, this time he gets over 4,000 rolls of toilet paper and goes to town on Howie Mandel's mansion while he's away.

The best part, Howie's family is in on the whole thing. I've seen houses get tped before, but not this bad. Roman took the art of tping to a whole new level and the 'America's Got Talent' judge was not impressed.
