City governments around the country are passing ordinances on saggy pants, putting the fashion trend on notice. The ordinances cite the potential for indecent exposure, and aim to prevent any accidents from happening in public. Get caught wearing saggy pants in one of these towns, and it could cost you a few hundred dollars in fines. Enter Irese Davenport, and his brother Mark.

The Davenports saw guys everywhere having to constantly pull up their saggy jeans to prevent full-on pant droppage and were inspired to create Sagz Jeans; a specially-designed pair of pants that attaches to special boxers. The company's website describes them as follows:

Our patented concept consists of high quality jeans that sag naturally.  Our boxers are attached to the waistband of our jeans by snaps.  The underwear are detachable and removable.  The three rows of snaps are designed so consumers can sag their SAGZ JEANS at different levels without having to constantly pull up their pants, resulting in more time to be active, express themselves and show their SWAG.

The company's growing line of pants and boxers will soon feature sweatpants, shorts, t-shirts, and a women's line, called Sexy Sagz.

The company even has a web commercial showing Sagz in action. Check the video below.
