Marcus Theatres brings the Best Picture marathon to Minnesota

Marcus Theatres announced a two weekend marathon featuring all 10 Best Picture nominees. The first marathon takes place March 7 and includes Sentimental Value, F1, The Secret Agent, Bugonia, and Sinners. The second weekend follows on March 14 with Train Dreams, Marty Supreme, Hamnet, Frankenstein, and One Battle After Another. Both marathon days begin at 10 AM.

Tickets are priced at $35 per day and include a 20 percent discount at the concession stand. Marcus is also offering flexible passport options, including a $70 all access pass for all 10 films or a pick four option that allows moviegoers to spread out their viewing over different days and times.

AMC offers its own Oscar marathon option

AMC is also hosting Best Picture marathons at select Minnesota locations on the same dates as Marcus. Lineups and showtimes vary by theater, and tickets are priced at $40 per day.

The Academy Awards air Sunday, March 15 on ABC and stream on Disney Plus and Hulu. Whether you are aiming to see every nominee or just want to catch a few before the envelopes are opened, movie marathon season has officially arrived.
