Superior Moving its 4th of July Fireworks to Barker’s Island

Superior hosts an annual 4th of July celebration that includes a parade, car show, music, fireworks and more being hosted at a new location this year.

The city announced today that its 4th of July fireworks and some of the other events will be moved to Barker's Island. The fireworks will be launched from a barge at dusk.

The parade starts at 11 am and goes from the Middle School to the High School on N 28th St.
