Every week Ron goes over to the Spirit Room in Superior where Lindsay makes delicious drinks. This week in honor of my guest appearance, she made a Ginger Vanilla Old Fashioned.

Before everyone in Superior and the rest of Northern Wisconsin loose their minds over this, first of all I did not conduct this survey and second I grew up in Milwaukee so I do have an opinion on this. But, who knows some of you may also give this a big thumbs up.

Duluth has earned some cool accolades recently. One business website added a new title to our list that some may be proud of and others may be ashamed of. Business Insider opened 2015 with their list of the 25 most hungover cities in the United States, and Duluth found itself right in the thick of the top 10.

This year saw the release of two new varieties of Strongbow Hard Cider here in the United States. The company released Strongbow "Golden Apple" and "Honey & Apple" varieties, while discontinuing the original variety in the U.S.

An online company called "Smuggle Your Booze" is offering discreet ways to carry around your favorite alcohol of choice.

In a 2-1 decision yesterday the Minnesota Supreme Court threw out a DWI Charge against a Medina MN man who was pulled over on a Segway while intoxicated.

Now everyone knows that Santa has lot's of helpers spread out all over the world, but this is one of them that will permanently be on Santa's naughty list!

With the holidays come celebrations. Enjoy yourself, but don't drink and drive. The Duluth Police department wants to remind you that you don’t have to have yourself a merry little time in jail if you plan ahead for a sober ride.  For your safety and the safety of others, don't drink and drive!
