The 3 ‘Best Kept Secrets’ For Places To Get Pizza in the Northland

Located on Central Ave in West Duluth, Gannucci's has all your Italian cooking needs. However they also have amazing pizzas that you can eat there or order take out. I highly recommend the Sicilian which includes a spicy marina sauce with Italian sausage, Capicola ham, salami, fontina, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses.

Located off E Highway 61 across from Lincoln School in Esko, is Eskomo Pizza Pies. They have dinner entrees, kid's menu, burgers, but most importantly delicious pizzas. I'm always torn on ordering the Bacon Tony Cheeseburger Pizza with an extra side of pickles or the Philly Cheese Steak Pizza. It's a little bit of a drive from Duluth, but totally worth it.

I honestly would have never found out about Proctor Pizza if I didn't meet my wife. Hands down our favorite place to get pizza in the area. Located in the heart of Proctor off 3rd Ave this is the place to eat in Proctor. From gyros, to tacos, to sandwiches and take-n-bake or cooked pizzas, this place has it all. I also have a deep love for gyros and tend to order the Gyro Pizza, but normally my wife and I create our own with pepperoni, mushrooms,  and green olives. Marriage is all about compromise and we agree everyone needs to know about Proctor Pizza.
