This Guy Has No Business Getting A Tattoo

I know that tattoo's can be painful, but this guy is ridiculous ......he actually jumps out of the chair more then once, and yells at the guy giving him a tattoo!! To top it off his mom is sitting in the room with him, and she seems pretty amused with his bad behavior. I am not sure what this tattoo is all about it just looks like a big black stain on his arm, but I doubt he will ever get it finished or touched up for that matter!
