You’re Invited to Submit A Photo For ‘We Love Duluth’ Virtual Valentine

The City of Duluth is inviting all residents to help create a We Love Duluth virtual valentine, but you better hurry as the deadline is Friday.

Duluth Mayor Emily Larson posted the following invitation to participate on her Facebook page:

We Love Duluth - and we know you do too! Valentine's Day is almost here. We would love your help to create a virtual valentine of your favorite people, places, seasons and more, that make up why you love Duluth. Share a picture with us by the end of the day tomorrow here or at communications@duluthmn.gov. We will include your picture in our We Love Duluth virtual valentine. Can't wait to see why you love Duluth.

Mayor Larson made the post during the afternoon on Thursday, February 11, so that means that all photos must be uploaded by the end of the day on Friday, February 12.

By Thursday night, there were over 183 pictures shared in the 'Comments' section of that post. The photos covered all sorts of things that make Duluth special.  There are pictures of landmarks, agates, freshly picked berries, Mother Nature, fun activities from all seasons, pets, and a lot of happy people enjoying time together in the Northland.
