Just in case you happened to miss it this morning, Jeanne and I  got a chance to interview (and be put-down by) the host of Food Network's "Restaurant: Impossible" Chef Robert Irvine.

The show is just like "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" for restaurants.  Only the host is from England and has bigger muscles, the budget is only $10,000, and they have only two days to complete the renovation/transformation.

It's admittedly one of my favorite shows.  We have the DVR set to record every episode, and my whole family loves to watch.  When the opportunity to interview the star of the show, Chef Robert Irvine, came up--how could I say no??
