Chris Brown is making headlines again, but this time it's not for his bratty, offstage antics. Breezy's new single 'They Don't Know' will feature previously unheard vocals from late singer Aaliyah, who tragically died in a 2001 plane crash at the age of 22.

Chris Brown has done a lot of horrifying things in his relatively short life, but his neighbors are pretty upset about something that -- compared to, say, beating the snot out of Rihanna -- is pretty innocuous. Apparently the graffiti art Breezy did himself on his own property in the Hollywood Hills is making kids and parents on his block nervous.
