Polar Bear Plunge

Hundreds of people gathered in Canal Park on Saturday, February 16 with the purpose of jumping into the largest freshwater lake in the world to support Special Olympics of Minnesota.

The countdown is on!  We're just over a month away from the Duluth Polar Bear Plunge.  (How is that possible!?!?)  Our Mix 108 Miracles Team is growing and we'd love for you to join us in the plunge on February 16th to raise money for Special Olympics of Minnesota.  If you're on the fence about jumping into Lake Superior in the middle of winter I don't blame you.  But it's a lot more than just the

This was the 3rd time I had participated and I must say I am awfully impressed by how it get's bigger and bigger every year...
