The Silverwood Pet Care Grooming and Boarding business was burglarized on Sunday night, according to their Facebook page. They shared a photo of a woman who allegedly broke into the business and stole all of their cash at approxiametly 8:30PM on Sunday.

She broke a window and crawled through. She made her way to the register where she took the cash. The security footage isn't crystal clear, but someone who knows who this individual is may recognize them. They are asking if you have any information or recognize the woman to call the Superior Police Department. The Superior Police Department's non emergency line is (715) 395-7234. You also can submit an anonymous tip online or through your smartphone.

They describe the suspect as roughly 5 feet tall, and somewhere in her 30s or early 40s. They also say she was chunky, which is fair game if you steal from someone's business.

It's really unfortunate when small businesses get robbed like this. We've used Silverwood for boarding our dog several times, and they've always been terrific. Hopefully someone knows who this person is and there will be justice.

We'll keep you updated on this situation as it develops.

Silverwood Pet Care is located at 77 Moccasin Mike Road in Superior.
