September is Ovarian Cancer Month and the will community will come together in this fight by some of Duluth landmarks being lit up teal.

Lighting Duluth Teal will begin this Friday with the Aerial Lift Bridge and Enger Tower in tribute to all the women who have lost their lives to ovarian cancer. There will also more events throughout the week that you can see here.

So if you're about this weekend and see our landmarks sporting a new color, no you're not color blind, it's just the community coming together for the greater good. If you would like to learn more about Light Duluth Teal and how you can help in the fight against Ovarian Cancer you can go to Charleneslight.org.
