Kenwood Village in Duluth will Bring Additional Housing and Retail Shops
The $21 million dollar Kenwood Village project is still under construction on the corner of West Arrowhead Road and Kenwood Avenue, but the retail space will be home to many businesses, one of which is brand new to the area.
The building will be home to 83 apartments with some on the first floor along with the retail stores and the top 3 floors all apartments. This is slowly becoming a trend in the Twin Ports in new construction with retail stores located below the apartments. Here is a list of the businesses that will be opening in the Kenwood Village.

Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros Bagels
With 6 Duluth locations already Caribou Coffee has been a staple in the area for years, and now has teamed up with Einstein Bros Bagels. Not all the Caribou locations have an Einstein Bros Bagels with it, but the store at Kenwood Village will be the second such combo in the area.

Duluth Teachers Credit Union
DTCU currently has 3 locations in Duluth with Kenwood Village becoming the 4th branch. DTCU is open to everyone living in South St. Louis, Carlton & Douglas Counties & Two Harbors. Website

With only one location in West Duluth this Little Caesars is poised to be awfully busy. With their competitively priced pizza and specials this will be a great location for them. Website
