Minnesota Teen Dying of Cancer Records Farewell Song [VIDEO]

You will need a tissue for this one.  Zach Sobiech, a 17 year old Stillwater Area High School student, was diagnosed with a terminal form of cancer when he was 14. Osteosarcoma--a cancerous bone tumor that usually shows up in children.  After he was diagnosed, he turned to music.

His original song "Clouds" was written by Zach as a good-bye letter for his friends and family after learning that his cancer had spread and he only had months to live. "Clouds" was posted to YouTube on December 5th and now has over 2 million views and counting.
