Tomorrow is Bob Dylan Day in Minnesota

Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton declared tomorrow, December 10th, 2016 Bob Dylan Day in the state.

The Duluth-born superstar is being honored "as one of the most influential songwriters in the post-war era, and for transforming the boundaries of American popular music."
