Many sports teams have resorted to using different methods to fill some of the stands at empty stadiums from robots to cardboard cutouts of fans faces.  The Minnesota Twins have jumped on board to give fans a chance to be seen at Target Field with a cardboard picture of their face. I have a friend who is such a huge Twins Fan she ordered two of them!

According to the Major League Baseball/Minnesota Twins Page they will be filling the seats at Target Field with a two and a half foot high "fan faces." Fans can purchase this giant likeness of their face for $80 ($40 for season ticket holders.) All of the fan faces will be placed in a lower level seat at Target Field and each individual giant Fan Face will be authenticated and returned to fans at the end of the season! Make sure to look for yourself during Twins Home broadcasts!

A portion of the proceeds from the Fan Faces will go to support the Minnesota Twins Community Fund. The Twins organization is not able to accommodate certain seat selection, and the cutouts will be installed in waves starting August 14. The Twins cannot guarantee the condition of your cutout after exposure to weather, and balls leaving the playing field. I think it would be awesome to have one of the cutouts get nailed by a foul ball, but that is just me. For more information about the "Fan Faces" or to order one Click Here.
