The Western Duluth Little League has been using the same complex since 1985 and they are looking to renovate the playing fields.

The Little League has held numerous fundraisers and has more planed from a pancake breakfast fundraiser last month to a spaghetti dinner at Mr. D's over this past weekend and has more planned.

I actually played in this league a long time ago and I thought they needed new fields when I was growing up, and I'm 100% behind this cause. According to WDIO, Duluth's Western Parks Expansion Project has the opportunity to improve their Little League facilities with a matching grant up to $100,000.

The next fundraiser will be held on May 1st at Chipotle with 50% of the profit going to the Little League. Donations can also be made to WDLL 133 Chambersburg Drive Duluth, MN 55811.
