Wilf Family to Build Luxury Hotel Next to TCO Performance Center

The owners of the Minnesota Vikings plan to build a 4-star luxury hotel near the team's new state-of-the-art training facility in Eagan.

The Wilfs own about 200-acres in Eagan, called Viking Lakes, and plan to not only build the "Scandinavian-themed" hotel but also plan for retail, entertainment, medical and multi-family housing.

The 320 room hotel is scheduled to open in 2020 and will feature an event center, a fitness center, a spa, a restaurant, a rooftop bar/lounge, and shops.
