Learning is a life-long process - whether in a structured program or just on .  For many though, the options get harder the older you get; adults often find it difficult to find the time or the available options to continue their education.  A local educational institution is looking to change that.

WITC in Superior has announced a series of free adult literacy classes that will be offered via a partnership with the Northwest Wisconsin Concentrated Employment Program.  The classes will be available at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College's nine Northland campuses - including Superior. According to news sources, WITC will make adult literacy courses available to improve "reading, writing, math, computer skills, and more" - in an effort to improve the chances of employment for those taking part.
