Camp Bong Is A Fun Way To Experience The Bong Historical Center

Bring the kids to the Richard I. Bong Veterans Historical Center to have a fun experience they won't forget with Camp Bong.

Camp Bong will be happening Friday February 19th as the historical center is partnering with UW-Superior for this exciting event. Camp Bong allows children grades 3 through 8 and their parent or legal guardian the experience of camping out inside the historical center for a night of fun and education.

The night will involve uniforms and equipment, and up-close views of Captain Richard I. Bong’s famous P-38. Campers will take part in exploration of the center, meet veterans, games and a movie before lights out at 2300. The program will conclude with Reveille and breakfast.
