Movie Theater In Superior Will Close Soon

Marcus Theaters announced earlier today that they will close Superior's only Movie Theater.

Marcus Superior Value Cinema located in the Mariner Mall will close it's doors after evening showtimes on December 6th. The theater switched from first-run features to second-run hits in 2012 and will now be showing nothing.

The theater's lease will expire at the end of this year and they have no plans to renew. It's sad to see it go because I used to go to this theater all the time growing up with my dad. You can read the full article here and let me know what you think about the theater closing in the comments below.
