Halloween is upon us and if you're looking to do something fun with your kids inside, this is the perfect place to do just that! Duluth Public Library's main branch will be hosting a fun event the day of the big holiday.

Join library staffers on Thursday, October 31st for candy, costumes and more! Bring your kids to the main library in downtown Duluth dressed in costume. The event will kick off with a special Halloween-themed storytime. It will be followed by a costume parade throughout the library.

The event, which will take place in the youth services area, begins at 10:15 a.m. and continues until about 11 a.m. that morning.

The event is for babies, toddlers and preschool age kids.

That's not all, though! For the entire day, you can trick-or-treat throughout the library for non-candy treats. Where else are you going to get treats that day that aren't sugary and sweet? Bonus: you can trick or treat at any of the library's branches!

There are a ton of other fun Halloween events you can take part in leading up to Halloween, too. It's always a fun month in the Northland!
