Duluth Mayor Don Ness announced some good news today, aircraft maintenance company AAR is moving some of its operations to the former Northwest Airlines Maintenance facility. This could have the potential to create  as many as 225 jobs with the facility at full capacity. The company plans to start the move in preparations immediately and hopes to be operational by later this summer.
